Casey Jones Grill Lawyering Up Against Sexual Harassment Lawyers

Casey Jones has become eternally famous as the hockey loving, crime fighting companion to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. With a new movie based on the character in the theaters, fans are rushing to get a bite of the famous character.

Namesake

While Casey Jones stands up for all that is good and right, a Phoenix Bar and Restaurant that has been named after the character is being pulled into court by sexual harassment lawyers hired by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In fact, this is the second such lawsuit filed against the Casey Jones Grill. Just another lawsuit destroying and cutting into the core and progress that a business is trying to make in America but in this case, perhaps there can be an exception.

Bad Names

Operated by Los Muchachos LLC, the restaurant has come under plenty of fire by sexual harassment lawyers due to the treatment that is meted out to female servers and other employees. Located on Thunderbird Road in West Phoenix, the Casey Jones Grill outlet is being sued for alleged routine harassment and for calling vulgar names when speaking to the servers and employees.

Better get their Ducks in Order

Sexual harassment lawyers see plenty of cases wherein servers in bars and restaurants are treated in a demeaning fashion. The EEOC filing claims that when one particular female server spoke against the injustice and harassment and filed a complaint, she was fired on no grounds at all. It looks like the EEOC has stepped in to take the place of the super power hero who will fight against injustice and harassment at the Casey Jones Grill. The establishment is a joke on the name of the character. The Grill has not commented against these allegations and lawsuits as of yet.
